Anyone who is not affected in such a way by Mr. Rogers needs to be SHOT INTO THE SUN (metaphorically, see, because here the sun represents hope because that is how Mr. Rogers would prefer it!).
Mr Rogers just wants you to be the best you can be. He and Kosh will have tea-parties, at which he will tell Kosh gently that perhaps Vorlons could scamper better if they only put their minds to it.
